Sota Sauna Rental

The sauna experience you've been wanting — delivered and set up right where you need it.

Our mobile sauna rental is available for 1 or 3-day rentals and includes delivery, setup, and pickup. Heated by propane for fast, reliable heat, it's ready to go when you are — whether you're hosting a backyard gathering, celebrating a special occasion, or simply treating yourself to something worth sweating over.

You bring the people. We'll handle the rest.

Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Rental Periods

• 1-day rentals: delivery and pickup times determined on a case-by-case basis
• 3-day rentals: drop off between 4:00–6:00 PM on the first day, pickup between 9:00–11:00 AM on the final day, unless otherwise discussed prior to the rental

Cancellation Policy

Sota Sauna Co. understands that plans change — sometimes for reasons outside of anyone's control. The following cancellation policy applies to all mobile sauna rentals:

1. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start of the rental period will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period are not eligible for a refund. Any outstanding rental fees will remain due and owing to Sota Sauna Co.

Weather-related cancellations initiated by Sota Sauna Co. due to unsafe conditions may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Safe and accessible delivery conditions
• Adequate space for trailer placement
• Compliance with any HOA, city, or property restrictions

Sota Sauna Co. reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Free delivery is available within 25 miles of Elk River, Minnesota. Deliveries beyond 25 miles are available on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an additional delivery fee.
